This agreement shall be governed and construed under the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS The following terms supplement these Terms with respect to the services to which they relate. To the extent such terms make or imply warranties of U.S. Bancorp or increase the liability of U.S. Bancorp beyond that set forth above, these Terms shall control.
