U.S. Bank Employee Service Center (Phone Line)

The U.S. Bank Employee Service Center (800.806.7009) gives you access to information and connects you to the right resources. The automated interactive voice response system is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and service representatives are available to assist with more complex questions or issues on weekdays (hours vary based on the type of call).

If the system recognizes the phone number you are calling from, you’ll simply need to enter your date of birth. If not, you’ll be asked to enter the first six letters of your last name, your date of birth and – if you’re a first-time caller, your zip code. Then, you’ll be directed to the main menu.

If you use a Blackberry or other phone with a QWERTY keyboard, the numbers associated with letters on the keyboard do not match like regular telephone buttons. Therefore, if your password is alphabetical, it will not match what the voice system expected.

  • When calling in, use the Alt-key to enter alphabetic characters.
  • Example: To enter "JIM," you have to use the Alt-key to get JIM and then hit the Send key. This way it gets translated into 546—the phone keypad equivalent to gain access to the system. If you don't use the Alt-key, it translates to 639, which is incorrect.

Note: certain Alight services will require you to enter a password. This password is the same as when you log into Your Total Rewards from a non-work computer. If you have forgotten this password, say "I don't know it" when prompted.
